Patriots vs. Jaguars predictions: Will the Pats overcome their underdog status?

The Jacksonville Jaguars are seeking a strong rebound following their toughest offensive outing in nearly a year as they prepare to host the New England Patriots. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence and his squad currently hold a 1-1 record heading into this weekend's contest.

Meanwhile, the visiting Patriots also stand at 1-1 as they look to secure their initial winning record of the young season. Historically, New England holds a commanding 12-3 edge across fifteen prior meetings against Jacksonville.

Both teams will collide at EverBank Stadium in front of a restricted-capacity audience during Week 3.
