MotoGP Japanese GP: Jorge Martin edges out Marc Marquez to claim back-to-back pole positions

During the qualifying session at the Japanese Grand Prix, championship leader Jorge Martin secured the top starting position by defeating Marc Marquez by a margin of one-tenth of a second. Although he lagged behind his factory Aprilia teammates during practice sessions, Martin accelerated in the second qualifying phase to establish a new track record of 1m42.371s, achieving his third pole of the campaign.
