MotoGP will bring four of its high-octane machines to the Circuit of the Americas in Austin this weekend for a demonstration run during the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix. The event, scheduled for Saturday, October 24 between 11:40 a.m.
and 12:00 p.m. local time, will feature 31-time MotoGP champion Dani Pedrosa alongside reigning World Superbike champion Nicolo Bulega, as well as MotoGP test riders Andrea Dovizioso and Lorenzo Savadori.
The showcase is expected to draw massive crowds, with over 400,000 fans attending the F1 event across the weekend, offering a rare chance for spectators to witness the bikes—capable of exceeding 225 mph—in action at one of motorsport’s most iconic venues. The crossover event, organized under Liberty Media’s ownership of both F1 and MotoGP, underscores growing collaboration between the two championships, with speculation mounting about potential joint race events in the future.
Pedrosa and Bulega, who will transition to MotoGP full-time next season, have highlighted the opportunity to introduce the sport to F1’s global audience, with Bulega noting the demonstration’s significance in front of such a large crowd. MotoGP’s return to Austin is also planned for 2027, adding to the excitement of this weekend’s preview.
