LCR Honda has officially announced that Diogo Moreira will depart the squad following the conclusion of the 2026 MotoGP campaign. This development paves the way for the Brazilian newcomer to graduate to the factory HRC squad, where he is set to partner with Fabio Quartararo.

Concurrently, David Alonso will step into the open LCR position for 2027 to ride alongside Johann Zarco, according to statements released by team leadership.
