Mohammad Yousaf asks PCB to send Babar Azam back 'to an academy in England or Australia'

Former Pakistan captain Mohammad Yousaf has urged the Pakistan Cricket Board to send Babar Azam to an academy in England or Australia for technical refinement rather than immediate domestic competition. Yousaf expressed concern that playing first-class cricket while currently struggling could further damage the batter's confidence and long-term prospects.

This recommendation followed the conclusion of a tri-nation series where Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka in the final at Gaddafi Stadium on October 31. Despite the team's victory, Azam was dismissed for a duck, prompting calls for specialized coaching to address his recent form.
