Modric: ‘Maybe Milan’s best game of the season, we deserved the victory’

Luka Modric praised AC Milan's dominant 3-1 victory over Inter in the Derby della Madonnina, labeling the performance as potentially the team's finest of the current campaign. The win served as a vital recovery following a midweek loss to Bologna, with the veteran midfielder emphasizing the importance of maintaining consistency to compete for major honors.

Milan established a commanding lead early on through Christian Pulisic and Adrien Rabiot, while Diego Moreira added a third goal via a free-kick after Alessandro Bastoni had narrowed the gap for Inter. Modric also credited the intense home crowd for providing a significant boost throughout the match.
