Warriors rookie embraces never- back-down advice from Draymond Green with statement Halloween costume ahead of Luka Doncic matchup

Yaxel Lendeborg, a Warriors rookie just over a week into his NBA career, arrived at the Chase Center in a Michael Myers costume ahead of his second‑round showdown with Luka Doncic. The Halloween‑themed outfit came after Lendeborg’s debut, during which he repeatedly trash‑talked Doncic, earned a technical foul for using profanity, and later admitted he had gone “overboard” with his comments.

Warriors veteran Draymond Green praised Lendeborg’s refusal to back down, urging him to keep confronting Doncic and saying the rookie should “go at his a— again” in future meetings. The next encounter is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
