Michael Brennan admits he was stunned by what Rory McIlroy did during practice round at The Masters this year

Rising PGA Tour talent Michael Brennan recently recounted a memorable practice session at Augusta National, where he witnessed Rory McIlroy's immense power firsthand. During a round alongside Aaron Rai, Brennan watched as McIlroy joined their group and proceeded to outdrive him by 20 yards on the fifth hole with a high, hard draw.

Brennan, who averages 327 yards off the tee, noted that he rarely sees anyone surpass his own distance so significantly. The 24-year-old, a three-time winner over the last 13 months, expressed admiration for how the veteran navigated the course during his successful campaign.
