Mets Morning News: Mets face offseason questions

As the Mets prepare for a critical offseason following a scary collision involving Nolan McLean and Jared Young, who is currently recovering at home and looking forward to next year, other baseball action continues across the league. In the postseason, the Yankees swept the Red Sox, the Padres eliminated the Cubs, and the Phillies stayed alive in the Wild Card series thanks to an extra-inning go-ahead home run from Alec Bohm after the Braves failed to close it out.

Meanwhile, Riley Adams has opted for free agency, and fans have donated over $20,000 to Hunter Goodman's preferred charity after the Rockies beat the White Sox to help the Guardians secure the division.
