Mercedes crew for Singapore GP hadn't done a pit stop "for 15 years", team claims

Mercedes revealed that a modified pit crew featuring personnel who had not serviced a live car in fifteen years still managed to clock the fastest times in the pitlane during the Singapore Grand Prix. Deputy team boss Bradley Lord praised the squad's operational resilience through a demanding triple-header stretch that included stops in Azerbaijan and Malaysia prior to the Marina Bay event.

The grueling schedule also saw George Russell crash out from the front of the sprint race while Andrea Kimi Antonelli secured a third-place finish in the grand prix.
