Lions QB Jared Goff is finally getting the respect he deserves

Jared Goff is earning newfound recognition as a premier NFL quarterback following a dominant start to the season. He currently leads the league with a 112.5 passer rating, the most passing yards per game, and the highest adjusted yards per attempt.

Notably, he remains the only signal-caller with over 120 attempts to avoid an interception, maintaining a 14-to-0 touchdown ratio that ties an all-time record for a single-season span. Following a narrow victory over the Green Bay Packers, analysts and former professionals are increasingly citing his elite processing speed and accuracy as evidence that he belongs among the league's top five players at his position.
