Vancouver Canucks Gameday Preview #15: A Tale Of Two Rebuilds Against The San Jose Sharks

The Vancouver Canucks visit the SAP Center tonight following a dramatic 6-5 overtime victory against Anaheim that snapped a ten-game losing streak. Vancouver enters this contest with a 3-10-1 record, while the 6-6-1 San Jose Sharks look to rebound after being shut out by Buffalo.

San Jose features a roster built through recent high-end draft picks including Macklin Celebrini, Will Smith, Michael Misa, and Ivar Stenberg. Jonathan Lekkerimäki remains a focal point for Vancouver after his two-goal performance on Tuesday helped force overtime.

Meanwhile, rookie Ivar Stenberg continues to impress for the Sharks, currently ranking among the top scorers in the NHL rookie class.
