Las Vegas Raiders’ offensive line dominates in Week 1 win over Miami Dolphins

The Las Vegas Raiders kicked off the Klint Kubiak era in impressive fashion with a 27-13 triumph over the Miami Dolphins in Week 1. Kirk Cousins, acquired from Atlanta to serve as an experienced veteran mentor ahead of high draft pick Fernando Mendoza, proved sharp right away in his fifteenth NFL campaign.

He connected on his initial ten throws and threw his 300th and 301st career touchdowns during the commanding win.

Running back Ashton Jeanty shook off preseason health worries and a difficult rookie year to power the attack behind a dominant line. Jeanty racked up 102 rushing yards across 23 attempts while hauling in all six passes thrown his way for 45 yards and a pair of scores.

The balanced showing spoiled the defensive debut of Dolphins head coach Jeff Hafley.
