Kansas State Has Glaring Concerns About Run Defense

Collin Klein experienced his initial defeat as head coach after Kansas State suffered a 31-26 setback against Cincinnati away from home. The visiting defense struggled significantly to contain the opposing rushing attack, yielding 271 yards on the ground.

Klein noted during his press conference that failing to control the line of scrimmage decided the outcome. The squad now enters a bye week to address these vulnerabilities before hosting Houston at their home stadium.
