Bills sign LB Joe Andreessen to two-year extension

Local linebacker Joe Andreessen is remaining with his home-region franchise after agreeing to a new multi-season agreement. The front office announced that the defender put pen to paper on a contract spanning two years.

Sources indicate the financial terms total $5 million, which includes $3 million guaranteed. Andreessen originally joined the roster following the 2024 draft process without being selected and has since participated in 33 contests.

Primarily contributing on special units, he paced the squad with 21 stops in that specific capacity during the prior campaign, bringing his career totals to 66 tackles, three stops behind the line of scrimmage, and three hits on opposing passers.
