Jai Moondra delivered a historic bowling performance for Ireland during their fourth ODI against Namibia, claiming six wickets for 26 runs. His effort proved decisive in defending a 298-run target, resulting in a 130-run win that leveled the series at two games apiece.
This display surpassed the previous Irish record held by Josh Little, who had conceded 36 runs for his six-wicket haul against Zimbabwe last year. Moondra, who debuted earlier this year, becomes the fifth Irish cricketer to record a six-wicket haul in international play.
The series concludes with a final match scheduled for Sunday. The bowling figures also stand as the second-best ever recorded against Namibia, trailing only a performance by Glenn McGrath in 2003.
