The Indiana Fever are overhauling their front office following the 2026 WNBA season, which ended in a first-round playoff loss to the Las Vegas Aces. General manager Amber Cox, who joined the team in 2024 as COO and GM, is being let go.
This follows the announcement that team president Kelly Krauskopf, a long-time PS&E employee who helped found the team and secure its first title, is stepping down.
New leadership must now navigate key roster moves, including a contract extension for Caitlin Clark and the free agency of Kelsey Mitchell. The organization is also preparing for the opening of a $78 million performance center in 2027, while continuing to build a championship-caliber squad around Clark and Aliyah Boston.
