The 2026 Oregon Ducks transfer class has delivered standout performances in Week 6, showcasing the depth of talent that left Eugene. Among them, wide receiver Kyler Kasper has exploded for BYU, amassing 14 catches, 178 yards, and three touchdowns in just five games—including a 40-yard touchdown reception against Iowa State.
Meanwhile, defensive end Blake Purchase dominated for Ole Miss with five tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble in a blowout win over Vanderbilt, reinforcing his status as a top contributor. Running back Makhi Hughes, now with Houston, carried the ball 14 times for 78 yards and a score, while defensive lineman Jericho Johnson anchored California’s victory over Virginia Tech with five tackles and two sacks.
Tight end Roger Saleapaga also made an impact at BYU with a career-high 72 receiving yards, including a 63-yard gain. Linebacker Keith Brown led Washington State’s defense with 36 tackles, and head coach Will Stein guided Kentucky to a hard-fought overtime win over South Carolina.
With over half of the transfers now playing key roles in Power Five programs, their success highlights the Ducks’ roster strength—even as Oregon itself struggles with inconsistency.
