Playmaker Charlie Atkinson has committed his long-term future to Gloucester by penning an extension that runs through the summer of 2029. The twenty-four-year-old playmaker, whose resume includes an international cap for England earned against the United States last year along with three appearances for the A squad, was previously honored as player of the season across teammate, supporter, and coaching ballots.
Since arriving from Leicester Tigers in December of 2024, the back has accumulated fifty-seven appearances across all competitions.
Head coach George Skivington praised the player's relentless dedication and acknowledged that retaining him amid outside interest represents a major victory for the organization's long-term project. The leadership believes the rising star will remain a cornerstone of their ambitions moving forward.
