Gloucester thrash sorry Quins to go top of the Prem

Gloucester secured a dominant forty-eight to zero victory over Harlequins at Kingsholm, securing their second consecutive league win and moving to the summit of the early standings. The hosts crossed the whitewash eight times during the shutout, overwhelming their opponents across all areas of the pitch.

Ben Loader opened the scoring following a tactical kick from Charlie Atkinson, before Jac Morgan, Will Trenholm, and Charlie Atkinson himself added further tries to establish a commanding twenty-four point advantage at the interval. After the break, Seb Atkinson, Caolan Englefield, William Joseph, and George Barton all breached the try line to complete the rout, while George Barton successfully converted four of the scores.
