Giants 'working through' starting quarterback situation after benching Jameis Winston

New York is evaluating its quarterback options following a 34-27 defeat to New Orleans. Jameis Winston struggled during the contest, throwing two interceptions and taking four sacks, leading to his benching.

J.J. McCarthy entered the game and sparked a 17-point rally that nearly erased the deficit.

Head coach John Harbaugh stated the organization is currently deliberating its starter for the upcoming week to determine the best path toward victory. The team has been searching for stability at the position since Jaxson Dart sustained a season-ending knee injury in the opening week.

Despite holding a 3-2-1 record and the top spot in the NFC East, the Giants are weighing personnel and scheme adjustments to improve offensive production and ball security.
