Fowler Shines and Bolduc Put The Game Away Netting The Canadiens Two Much-Needed Points.

Jacob Fowler anchored the Montreal Canadiens to a 1-0 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday, turning aside 30 shots throughout the contest. The game remained deadlocked until the sixth round of the shootout, when Zachary Bolduc successfully converted his attempt against Daniil Tarasov to secure the win.

Following the goal, Fowler sealed the result by denying Nate Danielson. The matchup also featured notable crowd engagement, as spectators directed chants toward Detroit forward Dylan Larkin throughout the evening.
