Fever's Stephanie White dismiss talk of WNBA playoff rift with Caitlin Clark

Ahead of the second matchup in the opening round of the WNBA postseason, Indiana head coach Stephanie White addressed rumors regarding a supposed feud with star guard Caitlin Clark. Supporters had previously pointed to postgame remarks following an 85-102 loss to the Las Vegas Aces as signs of friction between the coach and player.

White rejected those claims while looking ahead to the upcoming elimination game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse Arena. She pointed out that social media speculation has no bearing on team operations, while Clark previously acknowledged her squad's poor execution during the series opener.
