Ahead of the fourth week of professional football, fantasy managers must adjust their rosters due to several significant player absences. In the upcoming matchup between the Washington Commanders and the Indianapolis Colts in London, teams will be missing key contributors including Keenan Allen, Jayden Daniels, and Rachaad White, while Terry McLaurin is doubtful and Chig Okonkwo is expected to play despite a hamstring issue.

Elsewhere, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield has been ruled out for three weeks following thumb surgery, Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeVonta Smith is sidelined with a hamstring problem, and Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is cleared for action while teammate Terrance Ferguson heads to injured reserve with an ankle injury.
