F1 2026 United States Grand Prix starting grid with three penalties

Kimi Antonelli secured his seventh pole position of the 2026 campaign at the United States Grand Prix, outperforming the Red Bull pair of Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar. The starting order will see significant changes due to grid penalties for three drivers.

Arvid Lindblad drops to 14th following a five-place sanction for an engine change, while Franco Colapinto falls to 21st after receiving a 10-place penalty for a new control electronics unit. Gabriel Bortoleto faces the most severe setback, starting from the back of the field due to an 80-place penalty resulting from multiple power unit component replacements.
