Former LSU defensive lineman Breiden Fehoko, a member of the 2019 national championship squad, has launched a fierce public critique of head coach Lane Kiffin following the Tigers' 31-13 defeat to Alabama at Tiger Stadium. Fehoko took to X to condemn the program's recent coaching expenditures, noting that LSU previously paid a $54 million buyout to dismiss Brian Kelly before signing Kiffin to a seven-year, $91 million deal.
He described Kiffin as a "hot yoga narcissist instructor" and argued that the university has repeatedly hired high-priced coaches who fail to win critical matchups.
The loss marked Kiffin's sixth straight defeat against the Crimson Tide and dropped LSU to a 6-3 overall record, with a 3-3 mark in SEC play. Alabama erased a third-quarter deficit through a 57-yard touchdown pass from Keelon Russell to Rico Scott, followed by scores to Josh Ford and Cederian Morgan.
LSU's offensive struggles included two failed fourth-down attempts and an interception by Sam Leavitt, complicating their remaining postseason and SEC Championship aspirations.
