Eagles News: Landon Dickerson replacement options

Following a narrow 24-22 victory over the Washington Commanders to kick off the regular season, the Philadelphia Eagles have shifted starting left guard Landon Dickerson to injured reserve. The twenty-seven-year-old three-time Pro Bowler struggled mightily during the opener—later confessing he was an absolute liability—and is now grappling with several physical ailments that will sideline him for at least four weeks.

Head coach Nick Sirianni stated that the franchise must navigate an extended absence for the lineman, though the coaching staff already possesses a contingency setup for the front five. With Dickerson out of the picture, Philadelphia will reassess its offensive line depth, opening up competition between Drew Kendall and Willie Lampkin for reps on the interior.
