Ducati rider ruled out of Phillip Island MotoGP as WorldSBK rider steps up

Fermin Aldeguer will be absent from the upcoming grand prix at Phillip Island due to a hand injury sustained during a recent crash in Indonesia. Gresini Racing has confirmed that Iker Lecuona will step in to pilot the #54 Ducati machine in his absence this weekend.

Lecuona arrives fresh off a strong campaign in WorldSBK, where he secured second place in the championship standings.
