Drake London held in check by the Steelers in Week 1

Atlanta opened its campaign on a sour note, falling 20-13 against Pittsburgh in Week 1. Primary pass-catcher Drake London was largely neutralized by the opposing defense, seeing scarce involvement in the initial stages while matching up against Jalen Ramsey.

The visiting offense struggled severely behind quarterback Cooper Rush, who stepped in under center with Tua Tagovailoa sidelined by injury. Rush experienced a turbulent afternoon, getting brought down for four sacks and surrendering a pair of interceptions as the unit failed to gain traction.
