Dolphins’ Chop Robinson in concussion protocol; Malik Willis dealing with toe injury

Miami Dolphins edge defender Chop Robinson entered the NFL concussion protocol on Wednesday, leaving his availability uncertain for Sunday's matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The issue surfaced after Robinson went without a sack or solo tackle during Miami's 27-13 season-opening defeat against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium, where he had shown no initial signs of head trauma during the contest.

Meanwhile, quarterback Malik Willis was listed on Miami's first Week 2 injury report due to an issue with his toe, though he managed to participate fully in practice. The setbacks compound an 0-1 start for the Dolphins, who struggled down the stretch in their opening defeat against a Las Vegas squad that possessed the top overall pick in the recent draft.
