Detroit Lions stock report: 15 risers, 10 fallers against the Vikings

The Detroit Lions edged the Minnesota Vikings 19-15, moving to 2-0 in the NFC North and improving to 5-2 overall. The win came amid a dramatic fourth‑quarter moment when safety Jack Campbell was injured and taken to the hospital, prompting a rally from his teammates.

Running backs Sione Vaki and Jahmyr Gibbs powered the ground attack, combining for 16 carries and 66 yards (4.1 yards per carry) in the first half and exploding for 18 carries and 152 yards (8.4 yards per carry) after the break, including 143 yards after contact and forcing 12 missed tackles. Their effort helped the Lions grind out the victory under head coach Dan Campbell’s guidance.
