Former Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner recently disclosed that he experienced panic attacks towards the conclusion of his tenure with the Milton Keynes squad. Although he initially attributed the physical sensations to excessive caffeine intake and fatigue, medical professionals diagnosed the symptoms as anxiety driven by shallow breathing.
During the same conversation, Horner praised his former adversary Toto Wolff for previously sharing his own struggles with mental health. Horner currently remains away from the paddock following his departure from Red Bull.
