Chiefs News: Patrick Mahomes matches Tom Brady through 100 career wins

Kansas City secured a fifth straight victory to open the campaign by defeating the Los Angeles Chargers, bringing their record to five wins and zero losses. During this matchup, quarterback Patrick Mahomes notched the one-hundredth victory of his career, matching the historic pace set by Tom Brady to reach that milestone rapidly.

Following the game, Mahomes humorously reflected on frequently tying Brady's records. The contest also featured a controversial roughing-the-passer penalty against defensive end Ashton Gillotte that nullified an interception, though linebacker Jack Cochrane later secured another interception to help preserve the outcome.
