Bulldogs Take Massive AP Top 25 Jump, Sets Up Top 16 Showdown With Alabama

Following a dramatic fourth-quarter rally to defeat Missouri 31-24, Mississippi State has surged to No. 16 in the latest AP Top 25 poll.

Quarterback Kamario Taylor orchestrated the comeback victory with 360 passing yards and three touchdowns, capped by a winning scoring pass to Sanfrisco Magee. The team's unblemished 4-0 start under head coach Jeff Lebby marks the program's highest ranking since 2002.

Up next is a massive showdown against No. 7 Alabama and opposing sophomore quarterback Keelon Russell.
