Blake Snell already leveraging bromance with Tarik Skubal to lure ace back to Dodgers

Following the Los Angeles Dodgers' elimination in the National League Championship Series, Blake Snell has begun lobbying teammate Tarik Skubal to remain with the franchise. Skubal, who joined the team via a mid-season trade from Detroit, is set to enter free agency as one of the most sought-after pitchers in the league.

While the left-hander expressed deep appreciation for his time in Los Angeles, he declined to discuss his future plans immediately after the team's postseason exit. As a two-time Cy Young winner, Skubal is expected to challenge the record contract currently held by teammate Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
