For the first time since 2007, Bernhard Langer will miss the PGA Tour Champions season finale. The 69-year-old failed to qualify for the 36-player field after finishing 45th in the Schwab Cup standings, struggling with form that included only two top-10 finishes across his final 14 appearances.
This season also marks the first time since he joined the senior circuit that Langer has gone winless on both the PGA Tour Champions and the European Legends Tour. Despite the setback, the veteran remains committed to his competitive goals.
His absence from the upcoming event is notable given his historic record of 47 tour victories, 12 senior majors, and six Schwab Cup titles.
