Auburn's Brutal October Stretch Could Define Alex Golesh's First Season

Following a successful three win and one loss start to the season under head coach Alex Golesh and a recent victory against Vanderbilt, Auburn faces a grueling four game October stretch against ranked opponents. The daunting month begins on October third against Tennessee, whose quarterback Faizon Brandon is dealing with an uncertain injury status following a loss to Texas where the offensive line surrendered ten sacks.

After a mid-month clash on October seventeenth against a traditionally tough Georgia defense led by Kirby Smart, Auburn returns home to host LSU on October twenty-fourth before concluding the month on the road against Trinidad Chambliss and Ole Miss on October thirty-first.
