As fan protests continue, did Man United's thrilling Champions League comeback save Carrick?

Manchester United secured a dramatic 3-2 Champions League victory over AS Roma, potentially extending the tenure of manager Michael Carrick. Despite falling behind by two goals early in the match, the team rallied behind a Bruno Fernandes penalty and two late strikes from Matheus Cunha.

Cunha was later dismissed following a second yellow card, but the squad managed to preserve the result. This performance marks the club's first win since September 10, providing a temporary reprieve for the coaching staff ahead of upcoming Premier League fixtures against Aston Villa and Liverpool.

The comeback was further aided by a tactical substitution involving Youri Tielemans, who replaced the injured Carlos Baleba.
