Alex Caruso exits Thunder win over Suns early with sprained right ankle as OKC's injury woes continue

Oklahoma City's injury crisis deepened on Monday as Alex Caruso left the game against Phoenix after just nine minutes of play. The guard, who had been filling in for sidelined starters Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace, suffered a sprained right ankle during the second quarter.

Despite the loss of Caruso, the Thunder managed to maintain their lead and secure a victory over the Suns.
