Indianapolis pass-catcher Alec Pierce is heading to the injured reserve list after re-injuring his left heel during a recent overtime loss against the Kansas City Chiefs. The top receiver chose to pursue a rehabilitation program instead of going through another surgical procedure on the foot, leaving his return schedule completely open-ended.
