AFC playoff picture, AFC North standings: Browns fall out after Week 8 due to tiebreaker

Week 8 action brought drastic shifts across the AFC North and the wider conference postseason race. Cleveland dropped from the top tier of the division down to third place following a difficult divisional defeat against Pittsburgh.

Meanwhile, Baltimore currently sits at the bottom of the division with a four and four record while managing without their starting quarterback for the remainder of the campaign.

Within the broader playoff picture, a logjam has formed with multiple clubs holding five or six victories. New England currently holds the conference tiebreaker over Cleveland to capture the final postseason position for the moment.

Pittsburgh leads the division standings with six wins and two losses, closely followed by Cincinnati at five and two.
