Adames to face Welshman Warburton in non-title bout

Carlos Adames is scheduled to make his promotional debut under the Zuffa Boxing banner on 14 November in Saudi Arabia. The middleweight world champion will lock horns with Gerome Warburton in a non-title catchweight encounter set at 165 pounds.

Although Warburton recently secured a victory over Nathan Heaney to defend his WBA continental belt and previously voiced ambitions for a world championship opportunity, the upcoming contest will not put the Dominican's WBC strap in jeopardy. The 32-year-old titleholder enters the ring following a successful defense against Austin Williams earlier in the spring.

In the co-featured attraction of the evening, Jason Moloney will square off against Andres Teran in a ten-round bantamweight clash.
