Aaron Judge not ready for return as he’s left off Yankees’ ALDS roster

New York outfielder Aaron Judge remains sidelined due to a right calf strain and will miss the American League Division Series. Although he participated in batting practice and faced live pitching over the past five days at Tropicana Field, club leadership opted to exercise caution rather than rush his return.

Manager Aaron Boone previously considered including him for later games, but the team ultimately finalized a twenty-six player roster featuring fifteen position players and eleven pitchers.
