Week 2 NFL QB Power Rankings: Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson rise to the top; Drake Maye, Matthew Stafford tumble

Josh Allen climbed two spots to claim the top position in the Week 2 quarterback hierarchy following a stellar showing against the Houston Texans. Guiding the Buffalo Bills to a 36-31 away triumph, he hit on 20 of his 29 pass attempts for 334 yards and a pair of scores through the air, while tacking on 23 yards and two more touchdowns across six rushes against a highly touted defensive unit.

Lamar Jackson also moved up two places into the second slot after leading the Baltimore Ravens to a 41-23 road victory against the Indianapolis Colts. Playing his first contest within offensive coordinator Declan Doyle's system, Jackson completed 17 of 25 throws for 324 yards and one score, contributing 40 rushing yards and another touchdown on seven carries as he aims to match his prior history of winning league MVP awards during debut campaigns with new coordinators.
