“Total Lack Of Respect For Madison Keys” – Fans Blast Wuhan Open For Reportedly Giving Out “Tacky” Merch Mocking American

Supporters of Madison Keys expressed outrage after a tournament retail shop offered accessories featuring the final score from her previous Flushing Meadows defeat. The specific item displayed the tally from her third-round exit against Qinwen Zheng, sparking backlash from followers who labeled the merchandise inappropriate and disrespectful given her absence from the current competition.

Keys previously opened up about experiencing a mental block and internal struggles during that collapse, where she surrendered a substantial advantage in the deciding set. Following those mental hurdles and the subsequent early departure, the American competitor has remained away from the tour and withdrawn from multiple upcoming WTA events.
