'This shouldn't happen' – Paul Seixas joins calls for greater rider safety following death of Finlay Tarling

French rider Paul Seixas has added his voice to the growing demand for heightened safety measures following the August death of British competitor Finlay Tarling at the Volta a Portugal after a collision with a vehicle on the route. During an appearance on the Canal+ program Clique, Seixas reflected on the dangers of the sport and the recent rider-led demonstration at Il Lombardia, where a five-minute protest took place before the start to highlight ongoing vehicle intrusions during events such as the Coppa Bernocchi and Tre Valli Varesine.
