‘The Disrespect Is Insane,’ ‘So Ridiculous’ — Outrage Erupts As AP Names Paige Bueckers to All-WNBA Second Team

Paige Bueckers earned a spot on the Associated Press All-WNBA Second Team following an impressive sophomore campaign that lifted the Dallas Wings into the postseason. Supporters expressed strong disapproval over her omission from the top squad, arguing that her averages of 20.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.9 assists, and 1.0 steals per contest warranted greater recognition.

The league honors also highlighted A’ja Wilson as Player of the Year, Angel Reese as Defensive Player of the Year, and recognized Caitlin Clark, Olivia Miles, Kelsey Mitchell, alongside Breanna Stewart on the premier squad.
