The Jacksonville Jaguars face a grueling stretch this October, playing an entire month without stepping foot in their home stadium. Half of this span will take place overseas, featuring a historic pair of back-to-back international matchups in London where the franchise is designated as the home team for both contests.
This extended absence from home was specifically requested by the organization to give construction crews uninterrupted time to work on a massive 1.4 billion dollar stadium renovation project. The team hopes to avoid repeating the disastrous 0-3 outcomes both they and the Arizona Cardinals experienced during similar lengthy road trips back in 2019.
