NFL Week 4 picks, odds: Make-or-break time for Packers, plus two more teams to back on the road

Week 3 tied an NFL record with twelve contests decided by a single possession, leading to a flurry of upsets and an ATS tally of six wins, nine losses, and one push for the expert picks. As the first month of the regular season concludes, the locks of the week aim to improve overall standings, highlighted by three road squads securing outright victories.

In one upcoming matchup, Matthew Stafford and the Rams face Philadelphia on a short turnaround following a tough defeat in Denver. The Eagles enter the contest struggling on offense and history as home underdogs, creating an opening for Los Angeles to establish an early advantage.
