'Nee po mone Dinesha' - Sachin Tendulkar gives a funny reply to a question about Sanju Samson

During a recent Reddit question-and-answer session, Sachin Tendulkar playfully declined to disclose the specifics of his mentorship with Sanju Samson. When asked about the advice he provided during the 2026 T20 World Cup, the legendary batter responded with a humorous Malayalam movie quote, suggesting that Samson himself should explain the meaning.

This exchange followed public comments from Samson, who credited Tendulkar for his consistent guidance throughout the tournament. Samson finished the competition as the Player of the Tournament, accumulating 321 runs and three consecutive half-centuries to help India retain their title.

The final match against New Zealand took place at the Narendra Modi Stadium, where Tendulkar also lauded the performances of Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan. Their history dates back to 2020, when Tendulkar publicly commended Samson for his aggressive batting display against Chennai Super Kings.
